"Dad, it's not real" was the first words out of my youngest son when we came across an Easter Bunny. (Hmmm...they sure do grow up fast) That didn't stop us from enjoying the Easter holiday, and my hope is you did the same.

Downtown Mill Valley was bustling when over 600 kids marched through downtown to kick off the little league baseball season. I'm humbled to be able to support such a community oriented organization for another season. Consequently, this wouldn't be possible without the support and trust I receive from you and others.

A notable trend shaping up in our dynamic real estate market is the normalization of interest rates. After a period of rapidly increasing rates, we are now beginning to witness buyers embracing these higher rates as the norm.

While this adjustment may prompt questions and uncertainties, it's indicative of a healthier and more active market environment.

In addition, the arrival of spring has unleashed a surge of activity across our community. With longer days, warmer weather, and the natural beauty of our surroundings in full bloom, buyers and sellers alike are seizing the opportunity with listings and sales up across the board.

Statistics are generalities, essentially summaries of widely disparate data generated by dozens, hundreds or thousands of unique, individual sales occurring within different time periods. They are best seen not as precise measurements, but as broad, comparative indicators, with reasonable margins of error.
